Only afew days remain until Eid al-Fitr,but sadly Eid is no longer the same.Before the war,and before my father passed away,we celebrated its joy—buying new clothes,decorating our home, and welcoming family with happiness.Today we live in worn-out tents and lack even the simplest things.We cannot afford Eid clothes for our children,not even small sweets that used to bring them joy.If you can help or share our story,it may bring a little happiness to our children this Eid.

Due to the intense cold we’ve been experiencing these past few days, it feels like winter is testing our endurance. The freezing wind seems to pierce through the bones, and the weather hasn’t been kind. I underestimated the need to stay warm, and as a result, I became seriously ill, with exhaustion and fever that left me unable to move. This cold is no joke. It reminded me that health comes first and that in such harsh weather, staying warm is a necessity, not a choice.
